Below are our FAQ on the topic of Extended Care at Digi-Camp.
Q: What do campers do during extended care?
A: We have board and card games, and our staff will play with campers. Some campers bring their devices to “play on” and we will allow it with one condition: If they require sound, campers must bring headphones.
Q: What are the hours?
A: When you enroll, you have different options depending on ages. In most cases, kids ages 6 & 7 can be enrolled in extended care beginning at 8 a.m. and ending at 5 p.m. All other campers can enroll in options beginning at 7 a.m. and ending at 6 p.m. There are separate options for morning and afternoon and each carries a different price. This is explained below.
Example: Your child is 10. You can enroll in only morning or only afternoon or both.
Morning: You can enroll to drop off at 7 a.m. OR at 8 a.m.
Afternoon: You can enroll in afternoon care for either 5 p.m. OR 6 p.m. pickup.
The prices reflect the options you choose. It works out to be $10 per hour.
Q: I know you enact additional fees when we are late picking up. What is considered late pickup?
A: 10 minutes later than scheduled pickup will incur late fees. Example: If your statement says 5 p.m. pickup then you would be late if you picked up at 5:10 p.m. or later.
Q: When I register I don’t see the options I need. For example, I need 7 a.m. arrival but the registration page doesn’t show that as an option. What do I do?

Q: If I need extended care for only one day, what then?
A: Due to staffing restrictions, we cannot enroll campers for day to day extended care options. Campers must be enrolled in the entire week for extended care or not at all.
