Why Maker Camp?
Your children love to make things. Think about how many times they took the box of a gift and played with it just as much as the gift itself. They do this because they don't see a box, they see possibility! Maker Camp is about creating possibility and sharing it with others!
There are no prerequisites for our Maker Camp. We do encourage campers to share ideas and make team-based decisions about how and what they make. Campers should be prepared to work well with others.
After taking our Maker Camp course we try to point children in the direction of learning more creative content such as our Stop Motion Animation camp, mBot Robotics camp, or Video Game Programming camp. Many of those same courses are offered afterschool and on weekends through our sister company Young Makers Lab.
