In the VEX IQ Competition teams of students are tasked with designing and building a robot to play with other teams in a game-based engineering challenge. Classroom STEM concepts are put to the test as students learn lifelong skills in teamwork, leadership, communications, and more.
Practice Dates (At Grandview Prep, Room 101):
September 13, 20, 27,
October 4, 11, 18, 25,
November 1, 8, 15, 29,
December 6, 13,
January 10, 17, 24.
Practice Times:
2:30 until 3:30 p.m.
Competition Dates:
October 21, December 9, January 20 and February 3
Our teams will compete in the VexIQ League on Saturdays at Pine Crest’s Boca Raton Campus.
Elementary teams will compete in the mornings on those dates.
Middle school teams will compete in the afternoons.
