- You agree that due to fixed costs associated with registration, staffing, equipment, lease fees, etc. that DigiCamp cannot offer refunds, credits, or cancellations without incurring a fee.
- All changes or cancellations must be requested in writing – email is acceptable. However, in person conversations, phone calls, or text messaging are NOT acceptable forms of change/cancellation.
- Campers who are cancelled 7 days or more prior to the date of camp opening will receive an 80% refund. Campers who cancel within the 7 day window, but more than 24 hours before camp begins, will receive a 60% refund. Campers who cancel less than 24 hours before camp begins, or campers who miss a day or partial day of camp, or who are a no show will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or other fee reduction.
- Campers who are removed from camp for any reason, including but not limited to, following camp rules, are not eligible for a refund, credit or other fee reduction.
